- Open your browser and go to YouTube.com
- In the right upper corner, click on "Sign In" button. It will take you to the gmail login page. Simply login with your gmail id and you will be redirected back to YouTube.

- Click on "Channel" from the left menu. You will see a box about monetization. In this box, click on "Enable" button. On the next page, click blue button "Enable My Account". It will open terms and conditions of YouTube. Tick all the three boxes and click on "I Accept".
- Now it will show the types of ads that will be shown on your videos. Tick the three boxes of different ads and click on "Monetize". That's it, you have successfully enabled monetization of your YouTube channel.
- Go to "Video Manager", select your video and choose "Monetize" option in the Action menu. In this way you can monetize all of your videos. All the monetized videos have a green dollar ($) sign with them.
Connect YouTube Channel With AdSense
YouTube will not pay you directly, rather it will send your earnings to AdSense account. Therefore, it is necessary t get an approved AdSense account associated with YouTube channel to withdraw your income. Apply through YouTube for AdSense account for fast approval and association. Follow the below mentioned steps to connect YouTube Channel with AdSense account.
- Go to "Video Manager", here you will see a message with blue bar that says to connect your channel with AdSense. Click on "Link my account". It will take you to AdSense page. just follow the given instructions and your application will be sent to AdSense team. On the same day or next day you will get an email from AdSense team about the approval of your AdSense account.
